2. Cancellation Policy

Livvi does not allow users to directly cancel paid bookings from the dashboard. If you need a cancellation due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergency, duplicate booking, service not delivered), please contact our Support team — cancellations are handled by the Livvi support/admin team on a case-by-case basis.

4. How to Request a Refund / Cancellation

  1. Contact our Support team via the Support Page or email support@livvi.in.
  2. Provide your booking ID, a clear reason, and any supporting evidence (photos, documents).
  3. Support will review and escalate to admin if needed; admins will approve cancellations where applicable.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed per the Refund Processing timeline below.

Support response time: typically within 48 hours. If your request is approved, the admin team will cancel the booking and process the refund according to policy.

5. Service Guarantee

If unsatisfied, request a replacement expert free of charge. We'll assign a new expert within 24 hours.
